By accessing, browsing, or using USVisaStack (the "Platform"), whether or not you create an account, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
The Platform is provided by Steeled Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is part of the Stack Network portfolio of AI-powered professional services platforms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
USVisaStack is an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered immigration intelligence including visa eligibility assessment, application guidance, document preparation, case tracking, and compliance monitoring for individuals and businesses navigating US immigration. The Platform generates reports, analyses, recommendations, tools, frameworks, and other outputs ("Outputs") designed to provide informational support.
The Platform operates as follows:
(a) Free Tier: Access to basic Platform features and limited outputs at no cost.
(b) Paid Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription plans providing enhanced features, higher usage allowances, priority support, and additional tools. Subscription pricing ranges from $97 to $799 per month.
(c) Per-Output Purchases: Users may purchase individual Outputs, reports, or analysis products on a one-time basis for $29 to $199 per Output.
(d) Third-Party Integrations: The Platform may incorporate third-party tools, APIs, data sources, and services to enhance functionality.
The Company aims to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security patches, or other operational reasons. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To access certain Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
(b) Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and password;
(c) Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account;
(d) Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality, sharing credentials, or using weak passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the Company immediately.
You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting the Company. The Company may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or fail to comply with Platform policies.
(a) Free Tier: The free tier may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the Company's sole discretion.
(b) Paid Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscription plans are available. Pricing is clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
(a) Payment Method: You authorize the Company to charge your provided payment method for subscription fees and per-output purchases.
(b) Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected).
(c) Price Changes: The Company may change subscription pricing upon 30 days' written notice. Price changes apply to renewals, not to active subscriptions.
(d) Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. The Company will add sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes as required by law. Prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.
(e) Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the Company may suspend your access until payment is resolved. Multiple failed payments may result in account termination.
(a) Non-Refundable: Per-output purchases are non-refundable once the Output has been delivered. Delivery occurs upon generation and download availability.
(b) Pricing: Per-output pricing ranges from $29 to $199 depending on the Output type and complexity.
(c) Delivery: Outputs are delivered electronically upon successful payment and are typically available immediately for download.
(a) Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
(b) No Refunds for Partial Periods: Subscription cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle. The Company does not issue pro-rata refunds.
(c) Refund Exceptions: The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges. Such refunds must be requested within 30 days of the erroneous charge.

You acknowledge that:
(a) You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of any Output for your specific situation;
(b) You must independently verify all information, recommendations, and analysis provided by the Platform;
(c) You must consult with appropriate licensed professionals before taking action on any Output;
(d) The Company does not provide professional services and is not liable for consequences arising from your reliance on or use of Outputs without consulting appropriate professionals.
You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform and Outputs.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, OR VALIDITY OF ANY OUTPUT.
Users must independently verify all information presented by the Platform.
THE PLATFORM, ALL OUTPUTS, AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STEELED INC. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF:
(a) The total amount of fees paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim; or
(b) One Hundred Dollars ($100).
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
The user acknowledges that these limitations are essential terms of these Terms.
The Company retains all right, title, and interest in the Platform.
You retain ownership of all data you input. You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use Input Data for providing and improving the Platform and training AI models on an aggregated, anonymized basis.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Outputs for your personal or internal business purposes only.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, scraping, reverse-engineering, impersonation, spam, and using Outputs to provide unlicensed professional services.
Subscription cancellations take effect at end of billing cycle with no partial refunds. Per-output purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Refund exceptions for billing errors must be reported within 30 days.
Your use of the Platform is governed by the Company's separate Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services governed by their own terms. The Company disclaims liability for third-party services.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by JAMS. Class actions are prohibited. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by written notice to usvisastack@polsia.app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steeled Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Platform.
The Company may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Exclusive jurisdiction in state and federal courts. EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY.
Invalid provisions shall be severed; remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
